We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Local delivery is available within selected areas in Trinidad and Tobago.

Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
We only offer replacements or refunds if:
The item arrived damaged
The wrong item was received
Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
